Elsa Peretti was inspired to create Open Heart after viewing British sculptor Henry Moore’s work. The designer imagined the pendant after noticing the heart shape in the void of one of his sculptures. This pendant is crafted in 18k yellow gold and features a chain placed through the heart so it can move freely.
